On a cold but sunny day in November of Ninety-one,
Buffie, Wendy, Neal and Jay went out for a day of four wheeling fun.
The car was a Suzuki that Consumer Report wanted to ban,
for the car has a tendency to tip over when driven on land.
Jay Bird the stalwart driver had always scoffed at these reports,
"It was a bad driver who didn't know what to do" was always his retort.
On this fateful Sunday over logging roads that were getting thin,
Luck ran out on jay and his three brave friends.
The group came to a rocky embankment with a tree blocking the road on the right,
Jay knew to get through this mess the route would be very tight.
He gunned the cars engine while in four-wheel drive,
and at five miles an hour he headed bravely for the divide.
At first it looked like he would make it until he hit the rock,
That shook the car so violently he had to break the car to a stop.
It was at this seemingly long moment that the car began to slide,
When the dust cleared, Jay was hanging in the air and the car was on it's side.
Jay had accomplished what Consumer Reports had feared,
his car had tipped over and was knocked out of gear.
Luckily, everything was okay with no one getting hurt,
except maybe Jay Bird's pride of driving that was lower than dirt.
Seven strong backs it took to turn the car over,
the car all scraped and dented looked okay even it's motor.
"Blackmail" pictures were taken for all the world to see,
What jay had accomplished and why he is called "Tumbleweed".
